		<description>Tom, you do a great job of defining success in this presentation.  As with ECM, ERP and other core business platforms an organization needs to define its core business and provide the flexibility to adapt.  The universe is based on balance and far too many organizations either try to solve every problem and end up stalling in their initiatives, or they do not define enough and users abandon the platform and spend time manually succeeding as they did in the past.
